We funded the acquisition of a Midlands-based cash and carry business, using a combination of a £1m CID facility alongside a £250k advance through our Cashflow Advance solution. The two year loan with a six month repayment holiday, alongside the CID facility, enabled our client to purchase 100% of the business shares.

We supported a commercial washroom refurbishment company with a £700,000 Construction Finance facility. Our package supports the client’s cashflow, ensuring the business can continue to take on new and larger contracts to drive future growth.

We funded a leading packaging solution manufacturer with a £650,000 Factoring facility after the client’s existing lender stopped their facility.

We funded a specialist electrical and mechanical engineering business with a £500,000 Confidential Construction Finance facility to support working capital and growth aspirations. Our client chose to work with us because of our specialist knowledge and experience within the sector, and our ability to fund various types of contracts for a variety of end customers.

We supported a business providing manned security services to London’s finest restaurant with a £50,000 Forward Finance funding line. This provided the client with a cost effective solution to help them comfortably manage cashflow whilst continuing to grow the business.

We supported an established recruitment business through a restructure with an £8m CID facility. The business was hard hit by the pandemic and our supported enabled the management team to take the business forward, as well as secure the employment of circa 2,000 workers. We delivered a swift turnaround, beating our competition by a significant margin to win the deal!

We regularly research UK SME owners and decision makers across a range of sectors and turnover brackets. In our latest survey, we also explored SME’s perception of their ability to access finance. It identified a growing challenge for them to do so, validating the need for us to work together to support businesses who may be seeking solutions from sources they had not previously considered.

We hosted a charity poker evening at the Grosvenor Casino in Coventry, joined by a group of our valued partners. The team raised over £3,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support, half of which was the money they raised on the night, with the remainder match funded by BFS.
We were delighted to host the winners of our Rugby World Cup competition on a 3 night trip to Nice to watch two international matches. The trip provided a fantastic opportunity for us to recognise a number of our outstanding introducer partners, as well as enjoy some valuable discussions and connect with like-minded individuals.
